Refund policy

For you to receive a refund or exchange, you must return your PacePure product(s) to us in new condition (unused and tags still attached) within 14 days of you receiving the goods. (This excludes the return shipping time). You may then request either an exchange, a refund of any money paid or a credit note to purchase subsequent products from www.pacepure.co.uk
Please repack the item(s) in their original packaging and include a copy of the original order confirmation & write on what you would like to happen. IE Refund, repair/exchange.

Please ensure you obtain a receipt as proof of posting from a post office or Evri/ ParcelShop. Please keep the receipt in a safe place as claims for lost returns may be refused if there is no proof of posting.
Please allow up to two weeks once you have returned your item(s) for the refund to be credited or your exchange processed.
P&P costs to be reimbursed at the discretion of PacePure Ltd where goods are returned with quality concerns.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
